Professional capacity development for elementary school teachers to meet the 2018 General Education Program is a matter of both theoretical and practical importance. In order to effectively develop the professional capacity of elementary school teachers, it is necessary to strengthen the management of these activities. In this paper, the need for management of professional development activities for elementary school teachers is clarified, in which specific contents have been scientifically analyzed to meet the 2018 general education program.
