Vietnam and South Korea officially established diplomatic ties on December 22, 1992. Over the past 30 years, the relationship between the two countries has developed rapidly, with extensive cooperation in all fields, in which education and training hold an important position and have achieved many notable achievements. This article clarifies the current state of educational cooperation at the university level between Vietnam and Korea from 1992 to 2023, thereby recognizing the achievements as well as limitations of educational cooperation at the university level between the two countries. At the same time, some recommendations and solutions were proposed to further improve the effectiveness of cooperation in this field between the two countries.
