In the current trend of education innovation, the quality management of primary teacher training according to the AUN-QA approach is a significant and necessary content for higher education institutions, contributing enhancing training quality and international integration. However, the quality of teacher training in local higher education institutions is still low with insufficient attention. The article, therefore, focuses on analyzing and assessing the actual state of AUN-QA based quality management of primary teacher training at Quang Binh University in the period 2017-2021, thereby proposing measures to improve and renovate the quality of primary teacher training, meeting the increasing demands of the labor market.
