This article presents the results of a study on designing an exercise system to develop event and holiday organization skills among Early Childhood Education students. The study primarily employed document analysis and synthesis, surveys of the current situation, pedagogical observation, and pedagogical experimentation at Nam Dinh College of Education. The results identified the objectives, principles, and procedures for designing the exercise system and proposed a set of exercises organized into groups to develop five skill areas: planning, script design, program hosting, atmosphere creation, and evaluation of event and holiday organization activities. The system consists of five characteristic exercise types corresponding to different levels of Bloom’s taxonomy of skills, aiming to develop event and holiday organization skills among Early Childhood Education students.
