Building a contingent of cadres and civil servants with sufficent capacity, quality and prestige to meet the requirements and tasks in the new context with noble revolutionary ethics is an urgent and important task to ensure the survival of the current Vietnamese political system. Applying the precious thoughts of President Ho Chi Minh to build and train revolutionary ethics for cadres and civil servants is the right way, the right measures that need to be further researched and promoted to bring about practical results. This article briefly presents the main points in Ho Chi Minh's thought on revolutionary ethics of cadres and civil servants, thereby proposing the main contents in applying Ho Chi Minh's thought to train revolutionary ethics for cadres and civil servants in the current context.
