This study helps to clarify key governmental policies, analyzes the developmental manifestations of foreign trade, investment and economic cooperation in Cambodia from 1993 to 2013, with two phases (1993 - 2002) and (2003 - 2013). Although the size, level and structure of these sectors were different in each stage of development, but trade in Cambodia from 1993 to 2013 continued to grow by increasing exportation; attraction and and approach of investment were openly regulated; economic cooperation developed by maintaining and developing traditional cooperation, and expanding global partnerships, which was strongly influenced by China.
