Financial resources for new-style rural area building include financial resources from the state budget (local budget, central budget) and non-state financial resources (credit capital, capital from enterprises, community capital). In recent years, the mobilization of financial resources for new-style rural area building in Nghe An Province, besides the successes, still encounters some shortcomings: the resources to invest in new-style rural area building for communes have not yet met the needs; mobilized capital from enterprises accounts for a low proportion; capital from the community tends to decrease... All of the above limitations are caused by the following factors: the government's mechanism and policies; local socio-economic natural conditions; the participation of organizations and businesses; and people's awareness. The study proposes a solution to increase the mobilization of financial resources for the new-style rural area building in Nghe An Province in the coming time.
