Protection of “brand” (brand) aims at not only ensuring the quality of goods and services for consumers and consumption markets but also the development of enterprises for domestic and foreign markets. Brand is an intellectual property that needs to be considered, cared for and invested in because the value it brings to the success of the business is huge. The article focuses on researching legal issues of trademark protection, infringement acts and measures to protect trademarks of enterprises.
