This paper presents some results of research on the diversity of Myrtaceae in Pu Huong Nature Reserve, Nghe An Province, from May 2019 to October 2021. Total 38 species belonging to 9 genera of Myrtaceae family were collected and identified. There were 3 genera and 20 species found as new records for the plant list of Pu Huong published in 2016. The number of useful plant species of the Myrtaceae is categorized as follows: 38 species for essential oil (represented 100%), 14 species as medicinal plants (36.84%), 12 species for timber (31.58%), 9 species for edible plant (23.68%), 5 species for ornamental plant (13.16%) and 2 species for tanine (5.26%). The Spectrum of Biology (SB) of the Myrtaceae in Pu Huong is summarized as follows: 7.89%Mg+ 34.21%Me+52.63%Mi+5.26%Na.
