This report presents the theoretical and practical foundations upon which the General Education Curriculum 2018 has been developed to comprehensively enhance learners' qualities and competences. It also addresses the initial implementation of the curriculum, highlighting issues that require further research and practical resolution for advancing the curriculum and organising effective practical implementation activities. The ultimate goal is to successfully enact general education innovations in line with the Resolutions of the Central Party Committee and the National Assembly.
