Creating a happy and positive classroom environment is critical in the teaching process because it promotes learning and prevents disruptive student conduct. To accomplish this, several crucial pedagogical factors must be incorporated in the classroom, including classroom discipline, student behavior management, and positive interaction between teachers and students. This article outlines two strategies for how teachers connect with students during teaching: feedback and praise. The author discusses the many sorts of feedback and the impact of feedback and praise on student development. At the same time, the essay instructs teachers on how to properly use feedback and praising approaches in the classroom to assist students reach their learning objectives.
