Lower-secondary school managers play an important role in determining the effectiveness and efficiency of the educational system in schools. Training and developing the personality of lower-secondary school managers is an urgent and essential task of personnel development in order to create positive changes at schools, which, therefore, promotes the development of the secondary education system as a whole. In this article, the author identifies the personality model of key lower-secondary school managers meeting requirements of renovation of general education with the following characteristics: educators; administrators; leaders; social activists; counselors, supporter, organizer and advisors of lower-secondary school manager training activities.
