This paper is concerned with the theory of brand governance and its application to building brand and model of university brand governance in Vietnam. University brand governance encompasses all that include management of human resources, quality, finance… with a view to improving the university’s quality and prestige in the context of globalization and the 4th Industrial Revolution.
