The article focuses on clarifying role of Chau Van Liem (1902-1930), that as the highest leader of the Annam Communist Party organization in Cochinchina, has many urgent and responsible activities, making an important contribution to preparing the necessary facilities. necessary to accelerate the process towards the establishment of the only communist organization in Vietnam.
