Through theoretical and practical research methods, the author has made a preliminary assessment of the current state of organization, management, inspection and evaluation of internship activities of students majoring in General practitioner. Survey results show that the number of teachers managing and guiding internships is still small compared to the large number of interns. The dissemination of goals and internship programs to students is well-performed, the time distribution between theoretical learning and clinical practice is relatively suitable. Clinical internship time needs to be considered increased, according to students' evaluation. Methods of inspection and evaluation of results need to be adjusted to ensure honesty, objectivity, fairness and accuracy. From that result, 02 groups of solutions have been proposed for application. The results of the survey of experts show the feasibility of the two groups of proposed solutions.
