Procedure of developing career counseling skill for students of technology education through pedagogical training based on experiential learning

Developing career counselling skills plays a vital role in training technical pedagogy students, helping students after graduation not only perform well in professional teaching but also have professional knowledge and skills to improve their skills. Improve the effectiveness of career counselling at educational institutions. Developing this skill for students can be done in different ways, and pedagogical training using experiential learning is one of the optimal ways to develop vocational counselling skills. However, currently at the Universities of Technical Education, there is no specific process to develop career counselling skills for students through pedagogical training subjects. Therefore, the article proposes and organizes teaching pedagogical skills in 7 steps to improve the effectiveness of developing career counselling skills for technical, pedagogical students towards achieving the dual goal of training technical, pedagogical teachers.
