Call for Comments on the draft Regulation on management and use of software for publishing management of Vinh University Journal of Science
In order to consolidate and improve the operational functionality of Vinh University Journal of Science, the Department of Science and International Affairs is cooperating with the Board of the Project of VUJS Upgrade to draft the Regulation on management and use of software for publishing management of Vinh University Journal of Science. In order to finalize the draft and officially issue it, we would like to ask for comments from all units at Vinh University and individuals concerned.
The guidelines for comment are as follows:
1. Opinion subject: all scientists and lecturers throughout the university. All the heads of the units are required to give comments on the draft.
2. Commenting Method: Comment in a separate document or directly on the document (please use Track Changes mode in Microsoft Word, otherwise please take note with a red ink pen in the case of comments directly on the hard copy).
Comments and corrections should be sent to the Department of Science and International Affairs (Dr. Phan Van Tien- The DSIA Deputy Head, email: dsia@vinhuni.edu.vn) before the August 6, 2022.
The VU requires heads of all the VU's schools and units to collect opinions, synthesize them, and send them to the DSIA on time. After the deadline, if DSIA has had no comments, it is considered as agreed on your part, and VU will finalize the draft and issue the regulations in August 2022.
