The Con Cuong District is considered as a highlight of Nghe An tourism with the orientation of developing community tourism associated with preserving Thai culture. However, Thai community in Con Cuong District has just started to pratice this type of tourism so there are many surprises. Human resource training is one of the prerequisites for developing community tourism in Con Cuong District, Nghe An Province. The article has pointed out the content and the forms of training that can be applied to improve the quality of labor resources to develop community tourism in Con Cuong District.
