Since the 18th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party (November 2012), China has been strengthening deep and comprehensive reforms; modernizing the army aiming at building “Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the modern time”. Relied on different causes, this nation set a common goal, implemented many measures to reform the army’s organizational apparatus, to restructure the military bases, to establish new armed services, to improve military force, to strengthen anti-corruption activities in the military system... Based on the clarification of some contents of the Chinese Communist Party's military reform from 2012 to the present, the article initially provides some observations.
