Training and development of human resources in general and those in mountainous ethnic minorities are defined by the Party and the State as a specific feature of the overall policy for ethnic minorities. The article proposed some solutions to improve the training quality of ethnic minority officials in mountainous districts of Nghe An Province in the coming time based on the determination of the position, role and current issues in training ethnic minority officials in mountainous districts of this province.
