M’nong ethnic group possesses a rich and diversified folk literature treasure. Apart from the epic with a huge quantity and unique quality, almost all genres of folk literature present in the M’nong ethnic group including myths, legends, fairy tales, allegories, folk songs, traditional music, idioms, proverbs, etc. Each genre of M’nong folk literature genre is sometimes a name to refer to a relative distinction.
