Soft skill is an important component of human personality, especially in modern society. Training soft skill becomes a new goal and task in the 2018 general education programme. The vital factor that makes the implementation of the project successful is the teaching body of whom secondary school teachers must have sufficiently new competencies to fulfill new tasks. The article discusses the competences of training soft skill and the method of administrative management of soft skill training for secondary school teachers meeting the requirements of educational innovation.
