The development of the school culture is an important task in schools where the principal of the high school plays a key and decisive role. The school culture must become the center of education, which is the focus, the cultural crystallization to produce cultural norms for society that meets the requirements of education. In this article, we discussed the role of the principal of the high school for the construction and development of the school culture in the present context. We introduce nine specific solutions that are associated with the role of the principal of the high school in the construction and development of the school culture in a professional manner, modern, standard, and focus on developing core cultural values of the school. Building and developing school culture is a long-term process, continuously, inherited and renewing, requires managerial staff to persevere, persist, and have an effective implementation plan.
