Mekong Delta currently has 13 training institutions for preschool and secondary school teachers with more than 200,000 people in need of post-training fostering. This paper deals with the situation of the lecturers at pedagogical universities/faculties in Mekong Delta; thence, it proposes the content and measures to build a network of lecturers in order to meet the requirements of organizing training activities for teachers and educational managers in a new context. The proposed measures include (1) Policy agreement and setting out the operating principles of the network of lecturers at pedagogical universities/faculties in Mekong Delta; (2) Building a database of lecturers at pedagogical universities/faculties in Mekong Delta; (3) Establishment of steps to implement the content of lecturers’ network.
