To meet the requirements of innovation, improve the quality of comprehensive education, and integrate internationally in the current context, the management of educational activities to prevent and combat sexual abuse of students in educational institutions is extremely necessary and urgent. The basic factor to achieve effective management of educational activities to prevent sexual abuse of students in educational institutions is the management capacity of educational administrators in general, including the secondary school management team. Based on the improvement of the quality of educational activities on prevention and combating sexual abuse for students, the article proposes the process of organizing training to improve the management capacity for secondary school administrators.
