VUJS only accepts manuscripts of articles through the Online Submission Portal, so to be able to submit articles, authors need to create a new account on the system according to the following instructions:

Step 1: Fill out the registration form

Access the Register menu in the menu on the top-right corner of the website. When the window containing the registration form appears, please enter all required fields (marked with a red *), including Full Name, First Name, Registration Email, Password, and Re-enter Password. Next, the author needs to check the box next to "I'm not a robot" and agree to the terms of the journal. If the author agrees to receive the latest information from the journal (announcements, events, scientific news, etc.), fill in the check box next to Receive the latest information from the journal.

Step 2: Make your account active

After completing Step 1 successfully, the system will display a message with the content "You have successfully registered an account." Please access the registered email to activate the account. Now the author needs to access the mailbox of the email that the author used to register, open the verification email sent by the system, and click on "Activate account." When you have done this step, the system will return a window informing you that the author's account has been successfully registered and activated.

Step 3: Log in to your account for the first time

After the author clicks here in the notification window in Step 2 after activating the account, the system will display a login window, including the email field used when registering and the account password that the author used to register in Step 1.

For an account that logs into the system for the first time, the system will ask the author to enter information for the article submission process, the author enters all the information and then presses the Save button to save personal information. After saving, the system will automatically switch to the working interface, this is the interface that the author will see every time he logs into the system.

Step 4: Submit a manuscript

To submit a manuscript to VUJS, the author needs to log in to his or her account, click Author, and select the Add New function. Here, authors will need to complete the following steps to submit new articles:

  • Enter manuscript data: The author enters all the information for the article. This function requires the author to:
    • It is mandatory to propose at least three referees to the editorial board.
    • Designate referees whom the author does not wish to participate in the review of his paper.

After completing the task, the author presses the Continue button to go to the next step.

  • Enter author information: At this step, the author will manage the information of the author and the co-authors participating in the article. To add a new co-author, select the "Add co-author" function and enter the author's information. To update author information, the author clicks on the Pen icon corresponding to the author in the list. After entering all the author information, click Continue to go to the next step.
  • Attach manuscript file: At this step, the author attaches the manuscript files corresponding to the required files in the list in the allowed formats. After attaching all the required files, the author ticks to confirm "Reading and agreeing to the posting rules" and clicks Continue to go to the next step.

  • Note: Please carefully check the content of the files before attaching. Any errors will cause an extension of the appraisal time, and the article may even be rejected in the preliminary round.

  • Check and submit the article: The author reviews whether the information in his article is correct or not. If you need to correct the information, use the Back function to return to the previous steps and update it again. If the article has correct information, please check "Checked all information!" again, then click "Submit" to submit the manuscript to the journal.
