The PDCA (Plan - Do - Check - Act) model is widely applied in quality management and can be adapted to suit educational settings, particularly in improving teaching quality and fostering student competencies. This article analyzes several theoretical aspects and explores the application of the PDCA model in managing mathematics teaching activities in primary schools. The process includes planning, implementation, inspection, evaluation, adjusting, and improving mathematics teaching activities toward competency development. The findings affirm that applying the PDCA model to the management of mathematics teaching in primary schools contributes to enhancing the quality of mathematics instruction, thereby meeting the requirements of general education reform.
